Terms of Use

The portal is a convenience for following and working on your project. Our services, fees, schedules and responsibilities are set by the proposal or agreement you signed for your project. If anything in the portal conflicts with that agreement, the agreement governs.

Access is by invitation, per project. The project owner can share a project with others as view-only (progress, drawings and updates) or full access (including the proposal, fees and invoices), and is responsible for who they invite. Keep your sign-in private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend access to protect a project or the portal.

Our drawings, models and specifications are instruments of our professional service. You may use them for your project as described in your agreement; they may not be reused for other projects or altered without our written permission. Drawings that are not marked as issued for permit or construction are for review only. Some final drawings become available once the related invoices are paid, as described in your agreement.

Project stages, target dates, requirement lists and similar information are our best current estimates and guidance. Permit review times and requirements are set by the reviewing authorities and can change. Please rely on the documents we issue and your agreement for anything binding, and ask us if something looks wrong.

Invoices can be paid online through Intuit QuickBooks, subject to Intuit’s terms. A payment is complete when QuickBooks confirms it.

Please use the portal only for your projects with us: don’t upload anything unlawful or harmful, try to access projects or accounts that aren’t yours, or interfere with how the portal works.

We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it is provided as is and may occasionally be unavailable or change. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for the portal is limited as set out in your project agreement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
