Privacy Policy

Account details: your name, email address, phone number and company, as provided by you or recorded on your project.

Project information: project addresses and descriptions, drawings and documents, markups and comments you add, messages, meeting bookings, and the files you upload.

Proposals and billing: proposals you review and sign (including the name you sign with and when you signed), invoices and payment status. Payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks; we do not receive or store your card or bank account numbers.

Sign-in: if you sign in with an email link or code, we use your email address. If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us; we use them only to sign you in and match you to your projects.

Technical information: cookies that keep you signed in, a record of document downloads (which file, when, and the IP address), and, if you turn them on, the browser subscription needed to send you notifications.

To provide our architectural services and the portal: showing you your projects, sharing drawings, sending project updates and notices, handling proposals, invoices and payments, scheduling meetings, and answering your messages. We also use it to keep the portal secure and to keep the records our profession requires.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

People on your project: information on a project is visible to the people who have access to it — the owner, anyone the owner or our team adds (for example a contractor or permit expediter, who see drawings and updates but not fees or invoices unless given full access), and the engineers and consultants working with us on it.

Service providers: companies that run parts of the portal for us, under their own security and privacy terms: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Google Workspace (email, calendar and file storage), and Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing and payments).

Authorities: permit applications and drawings are submitted to building and zoning departments as part of our work. We may also share information when the law requires it.

When you sign in with Google, we request only your basic profile and email address. We use this information solely to authenticate you and connect you to your projects, we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the portal, and our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We keep project information for the life of the project and afterwards for as long as needed for our professional records, legal obligations and any warranty or permit questions. You can ask us to remove your portal account at any time; records we are required to keep will be retained.

You can update your name, phone and company on your profile page, turn notifications on or off in your browser, and ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing info@level9arch.com.

The portal uses encrypted connections, signed-in access checked on every request, and time-limited links for files. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account and devices secure and tell us right away if you think someone has accessed your account.
